Chomsky may be a little naive with his rants about the Elites and projecting American hegemony abroad and blah blah blah, but "Manufacturing Consent" is still an eye-opener when you're a student. And to date, he's the only person I've seen put William F Buckley on the ropes. I'm a fan.
