You realize it doesn't matter how many eBay bucks you earn in a quarter, you forfeit them if you don't earn at least $5 ($250 spent out of pocket). So if you have $4.99, you're fucked and lose it.
Yes, I do realize this new policy and I don't like it, but I have $7.63 in EBB's coming in.
Same thing with Staples rewards: you gotta hit certain amount or you lose whatever is below it.
