I have a friend that lets his lawn grow to about 8 - 10 inches before it starts to brown for winter. He claims it helps the grass winter better and come back fuller and faster in the spring. He had a couple of his neighbors complain about it but in his township its under the limit considered over growth and its all grass without any weeds. There is always some douche nozzle that has to snitch on the neighbors about something.

I had an old italian spinster cunt on my street who used to complain on everybody for stupid shit like grass and weeds so we'd get 50 - 200 dollar fines. The cunt used to check for current dog tags and call animal control when the dogs were confined to their own yards.

She would put food out in her yard for the "stray cats" but she was mostly feeding rats and mice. She didn't like it one bit when I called and complained about her and she got a 50 dollar fine for whatever they wrote her up for and had to go the hoops required to pay the stupid fine.
