If you do any strolling around on the Upper East Side in Manhattan, it's the same thing. And you'd be surprised how many boob jobs you see on 14 or 15 year old girls. I wouldn't say they're everywhere, but it's more common than you would think. And as soon they get anywhere near physical maturity, they move on to the noses, cheeks, lips and chins.
