Yup. It also gives you a readout for ohm resistance for the heads you attach to it. The biggest upside is the fact that you can change the batteries. Most of the "pen" style ones go to the trash once the cell is dead. My last one lasted about three months. Eastwood tastes like a cigarette if Jesus had a tobacco farm and irrigated using his virgin mother's tittymilk. It's a 50/50 blend of The Duke (a bold, slightly sweet tobacco flavor) and Indigo RY (a light vanilla/caramel tobacco). Indigo is highly revered for their tobacco flavors and the amazing thing is that they're completely synthetic and not N.E.T. (naturally extracted tobacco).
