I've never tried to move apps. The SIM card for me is to carry my music and pictures/videos. Until they start making cell phones with about 100 Gigs of native memory, I'll need an expansion slot.
The removable battery is an odd psychological thing with me.
For example, one of the drawbacks they talk about with new all-electric cars (not hybrids) is "Range Anxiety". Even though research has shown that 90% of people never drive beyond the range of even the crappy Nissan Leaf, they don't sell more electric cars because of people's irrational fear that they might just suddenly decide to go on a cross country road trip.
Even though I have micro-USB charges dangling from every electrical socket in the house, in my car, and in my gym bag/briefcase, I don't feel comfortable unless I have at least one spare fully charged battery with me when I leave the house--and if I am travelling I have at least 3. It is my version of "Range Anxiety" for my cellphone.
