Oh, I get the non consensual/consensual thing. I just worry about couples breaking up and the chick trying to dick the guy over by filing bogus charges over what were once consensually posted pics. "He FORCED me to post them" type stuff.

Huge loophole in the law is if the pics are selfies you sent someone, then they are fair game to distribute. The law only covers pics taken by your partner for personal use.

I enjoy the pics on the "revenge porn" sites, I don't dig linking to Facebook accounts, phone #'s and the like.
