It's my opinion that pinkman is by far the biggest piece of shit to ever grace cable television. some would argue that he's a total victim but I see him as a junkie pawn. the only thing Vince didn't do was put him in lockup and film the rape scene.
He is a very big piece of shit as shown in the NA meeting. He gets Badger and Skinny Pete to talk about the blue meth and whet the other junkies appetites to sell them the shit. He tries to get Andrea to use with him even though she will lose her son if she is caught.
People died being close to him, Jane and Andrea; died working for him, Combo and being directly killed by him, Gail. He destroyed many lives including his parents (with that bankrupting shitty real estate deal that Saul shoved down their throats), Jane's father and mother and Brock not having a mother.
In the flashback scene where he takes Walt's life savings and makes it rain at the strip club and gets Combo to sell him his mother's shitty Bounder RV with what is left of the bankroll.
As he has said many times: yo, I'm a criminal.
