No. The thread I bumped, the thread some newb posted in, the thread that was deleted, is not the thread that is there. To my knowledge, there's no edit of any kind. He simply posted "test" in the other thread and figured no one would know the difference.

I didn't say anything about it at the time because, frankly, it wasn't that big of a deal and I thought "What the hell, the guy realizes he leaped before he looked."

But to claim that this is is the same thread and we should be grateful for his magnanimity or maybe he'll ban us? Fugheddaboutit.
