I saw that thread, but no one asked about testing, made any comparisons to Darren James, or said anything else inconvenient.
I don't dislike Ariana, but isn't this exactly what Darren James did in Brazil? Or is there something like AIM in Prague for getting verified test results (to make sure the test isn't faked)? Something to stop a Marc Wallice?
As i shot in Europe i can answeer a few questions, but the best is to ask Ariana herself.
There is NO AIM in Europe, and you do not have the obligation to get tested in the same lab as everyone when you work there.
In Europe, the only requirement you have to perform is to have a HIV Elisa (not DNA) test that is less than 1 month.
No chlamidiae, gonnorhea, etc.
You can only get a DNA-HIV test in a very few places, and no one gets it anyway there.
But Ariana isn t a stupid girl, so she might have required it for everyone.
The thing that actually sucks is that people are saying she worked here in L.A right after doing the GB in Prague, without getting a new test.
Hopefully again it might be bullshit.

I highly doubt Ariana would be so reckless to not have those guys tested in Prague. Jrv, you summed it up perfectly- Most people are respectful to the porners who post here and I would see no reason for any porn star not to post here...... if they have even a small dose of a sense of humor. I will say that this board in it's present incarnation may be viewed as hard by some people if they don't have a good sense of humor. The tests here from AIM are only as good as the day its taken, after that it is useless. But hey at least it is better than nothing, and is useful for catching HIV in its early stages, well sort of. Actually, not that good. Darren James had himself tested when he got back from Brazil. Even though he was infected, the test was negative. There's a period of serveral days after infection during which the PCR-DNA test won't detect the virus because there isn't enough of it. CDC is conservative and says that period is 14 days. AIM says that in practice they can detect the virus within seven days. If you have yourself tested every 28 days, and there's a 7 day period before the test can detect the HIV virus, then if you are infected, there's a 25% chance that the test won't detect it the first time.
The AIM testing program is actually pretty effective, but that's because of the way the test is applied. The PCR-DNA test without the program wouldn't do much good. Even if Ariana had all the guys tested on the day of the shoot, she's still taking a big risk.

Yea. If you're smart and tough, you can manage your work to minimize the risk. But a lot of people are afraid of the subject and don't want to think about it, which means they're not doing even the minimum to protect themselves. My basic point was that all tests are flawed. LA has a testing program that helps overcome part of the problem. If you use an HIV test in another part of the world that doesn't have a similar testing program, you're not getting the same protection.
I don't know this, but I'm assuming that the reason for doing 50 man gangbangs (or 1,000 man gangbangs, in Sparks case) is financial. I don't know what the going rates are, but I suspect that hiring 50 guys in Eastern Europe instead of the US saves thousands of dollars. I also assume that is the reason for using fans; they work for free. Unfortunately, this means that you're drawing your male performers from a population that isn't tested regularly. Even if you test them, one shot testing isn't as effective as using people who are part of a regular testing program.
