I half agree. The issue IS the gay side of the business, so it somewhat is about gay sex. If you're getting fucked by guys on film, you're exposing yourself to far more risk than a woman who is getting pounded by a guy who solely shoots hetero scenes/doesn't take it in the shitter IRL.
I'm all for dudes boning other dudes; it's a free country. But these flip-floppers and their defenders are denying reality.
Funny you should mention the charge thing. There is a huge push by the homo lobby up here to stop 'criminalizing' HIV. Meaning if some HIV + dude barebacks another guy and gives him the bug, tough shit.
