Hi kids, longtime, no bullshit.......

For quite a long time now, if a person is on medicare (not medicaid, which is state by state), their medicare records, including prescription history when purchased under medicare, is accessible virtually from any hospital or doctors office that knows how to look and has the time. Since the mid 1990s, any medicare patient who presents in front of a doctor with symptoms and/or requests involving controlled substances, and the doctor thinks the guy/gal is a total pillhead, the doc could submit a request for all medicare history and voila, the patient is shit out of luck......

Of course, there are a lot of "ifs" in this erstwhile typical scenario: The doc must have the time, staff and resources to do the inquiry (which has gotten easier over the years as 'puters get faster, etc.) The patient must really set off a LOT of alarm bells and red flags for a doc to become so suspicious to initiate such a effort; most likely, the medicare patient may have been ratted out by a pissed off spouse, gf/bf or jilted fag lover to alert the doc to possible shenanigans.

obamacare/afa will simply accentuate a lot of what already exists, but the byzantine law, coupled with byzantine computer systems having to communicate with a sloppy/crappy government system under the AFA means that the POSSIBILITY of someone getting nailed for script-shenanigans increases by virtue of the capability, but not neccesarily the efficiency or utility, of the new "system(s)"....like I said, you'd have to exhibit a lot of suspicious behavior to get nailed via this way.

BUT why even bother? As a crippled fucker who has been fucked at birth, I potentially qualify for just about everything EXCEPT free hookers (i.e. "Counseling therapy" lol) But having been blessed with a brain that works fairly well (with AND without chemicals), I have lived a life whereby I have avoided being on the public teat/tit and instead, I am one of the people who pays for all the other deadbeats who suck the government tit for all its worth. I go to great lengths to pay as little taxes as possible so that I have more money to invest in crucial economic engines like Strippers, escorts, and my own privately procured medical services. I prefer to FUCK the TITs, not SUCK on them, thus when I splooge on a comely escorts face or tits, I am symbolically performing and representing my societal role while providing REAL economic benefits to said comely escort(s).....get it? Burg economics 101......Now re-read this post and tell me, is it, or is it NOT, a vintage BURG post?
