I believe Admiral enjoys chiding Panzer to keep posting on his blogs. Panzer seems fairly well contained in AWOP. I think he provides a cautionary tale of how not to live one's life. He is an on-going "Scared Straight" program, in all senses of that statement.

Since the fuel for the XPT board is hate, Panzer inspires enough invectives from the posters to keep the engine purring along. He seems to thrive on or at least ignore all the abuse hurled his way.
