I just replaced a wooden door with "full glass" that leads onto a second floor deck. I used a fiberglass unit this time. The insulated glass had fogged and the wood was starting to rot on the old one. I ordered all these upper floor doors as out-swing when I built the house because, well, I wanted them that way. I think all the door shop did on those doors was install the threshold reversed, as the glazing strips were outside and the hinges were for shit. That particular door takes a lot of sun and used to take rain as well before I put up a canvas awning.

The new door was heavy as hell, but next time my guys say they can't hang a door by themselves I can easily call bullshit. There is about 3 hrs work for one man and 5 minutes for two dumb guys. One smart guy can do the work of two dumb guys in about 8 minutes, without straining himself.

The new door leaf is a little bit smaller than the wooden one, so I have to get a bottom sweep and shim out the hinges to close the gaps.

in my search for funny gifs i found this pic of a cockerspaniel poodle mix.this mustve been what nina looked like when she was just a lil puppy.this puppy even has the same white spot on the chin and chest as nina.

we have three poodles now but i want to get a fourth puppy(a rescue of course).when the puppy grows she can be lex's(my mom changed his name from grouper after she got him while i was away)girlfriend.and maybe cage will be nicer to lex once we get another poodle.

either way ninas still as pretty as the puppy in the pic.i just checked the site of the adoption shelter(they take dogs from high kill shelters that in a lot of cases were scheduled to be euthanized),and theres a pretty little female poodle mix that looks like cage.she cant see,but from the video and the description shes a happy dog that gets along with other pets and people,as well as loves going on walks.

theres also a litter of dacshund poodle mix puppies that are really cute.i think the poodles will love another addition to the poodle pals pack.

in other news i have some veins above my little buddie that are hardened.i think im gonna have to have whatevers clotting them sucked out.so ill be going to the hospital and probably staying there for a little while.its weird the other day i was pounding off and having trouble staying hard.earlier that day i had also felt lightheaded and weak.i thought it was from the blood thinners so yesterday i only took 7.5 mg instead of 17.5(i thought my blood had become too thin since last time my inr was at a good level)
then last night i try tickling mr mcgibblets belly and i couldnt get it up.so i stopped and tried going to sleep only to still be thinking inspirational thoughts and the blood started flowing and i noticed the same veins that are hardened started hurting.of course this morning i wake up with a hard on,but its obvious somethings wrong with my circulation.theyre either going to have to suck the clots out,put me on a heparin drip,and/or hold my veins open with metal mesh so theyll unclog.
