Everything else sucks: food prices are petty much same or even higher than here in the states, apartment maintenance is around $80-$120, and average salary is around $600. No are no Boyardees, Doritos and Mac & Cheese there. A car that would cost you $20,000 here in the states, will run you $40,000+ there.
