Manufacturers infuse it with bubble gum, grape, raspberry, pepper, bacon, lemon, strawberries etc because it basically has no flavor to speak of. Bubble gum scotch would either taste horrible or be an extremely pathetic attempt at disguising how horrible a particular brand of scotch tasted.
