Edit: Oh yeah, here it is. The article was in Fast Company, and the jar is only a gallon of pickles, which is still too Goddamn much. But, I bet a nice cool pickle up the bum feels nice, so there's that too. It's at least a week's worth of that.

But what about those expensive pickles that are sold at the farmer's markets and by "artisans"? - How do they compared to the national brands in terms of taste?

Costco has gallon jar of Vlasic for $5.00 or so, its those huge kosher dills.

I seen a Russian documentary about pickles and cucumbers cost $0.16 per KG there.
