It is hard to perform on my sets because of what I expect. I anticipate the guys to follow my instructions, fuck like banshees for thirty minutes, open up for the camera, and give the girls an unholy throttling. I expect the guys to give 100% with no slowing down and an escalating level of energy. My main guys are absolutely loyal to me because, if you know what you're doing and know how to stay hard, it is the easiest, quickest set you can expect.

The new guys can't give me that. In fact, to a tee, I know they won't be able to hang especially on a set which requires a high-caliber level of performance. This is why I don't use the cheap guys. I use guys who command top dollar and therefore expect that sort of performance as well.

I say this because there's nothing worse than hanging on the set as a guy has to take a break every minute of action to jerk off for 10 minutes. Even during the scene, if his dick gets spongy as he's fucking a girl in the ass, I cut the action.

Last week, I used a guy who told me he's killing it out there. So I took a shot and used him. And he was a sponge. After an hour of shooting, I got precisely 4 minutes of useable footage. Then I canned the scene.

I don't know what to say to the guy. He cannot work on my sets again. You cannot hang. I told him to go do features or low level gonzo companies who just care about pumping out crap no matter how pathetic the scenes were. After an hour of shooting, I anticipate that the scene is finished, not 10% done. When you're shooting a guy struggling like many companies do, you're gonna get a shit scene. There is no way around it. And it's a waste of everyone's time.

I have so much shit on my plate that wasting my time and getting nothing in return literally infuriates me. Spending an entire day where I have to can a scene, reschedule it for later in the day, and canceling other plans I had makes me want to put a blowtorch on a woodless faggot's face. Then the excuses suddenly become amazing.

"It was too hot." (The air conditioner was on but the Viagra accelerated your heartbeat!)

"I didn't eat anything this morning." (Is that my problem? Do you want me to cater to your every need, Adonis?)

"I only do well in one-on-one scenes." (You will never work for me. I only give one-on-one scenes to my main DP guys.)

That's why I rarely stray from my core group of guys. They are my main guys. Sure, my main guys may struggle once in a blue moon, but they've earned their right to do so. A new guy with a big, fat mouth has no right to struggle. None whatsoever.

Personally, I think a huge chunk of the male talent pool should do one of two things. Either quit or start injecting their dicks. Either shut up about how great they are or quit the business.

Nobody out there in the heterosexual porno purchasers watch a movie to watch you fuck, unless your Rocco or Nacho. They want to see the girls fucked.

There is one guy who has established his rate to be the same as a girl in an all-vag scene. He called me up and said he was killing it out there then he told me his rate. Now I'm confused. "There will be 30 minutes of continuing, high powered action. You are going to transition positions quick and fast. You will take a girl from the doggie position to a full-nelson standing anal then switch up seamlessly to a reverse cowgirl then flip to a piledriver position with no cuts in the action."

Needless to say, I spooked him from the set.

The porn set is not a dating service. It is business. Now I may be about the most unprofessional director in the business. I'm disorganized and an absolute lush on the set. But once the camera starts rolling, I'm all business like every other director out there.

There's alot of guys out there that should quit the business. After all, how pathetic is it for a guy to keep jumping around from company to company with promises that they're rock solid only to be thrown out of the set for a lack of wood. Shit, if I wanted to shoot the woodless, I'd throw myself into the scene.

Try some Viagra, Cialis, Levitra. When that doesn't work, start injecting your dick with Caverjet. If that doesn't work, just quit. Getting a 20 minute scene after 4 hours of struggling through a scene like a lot of companies shoot is a waste of everyone's time.

I don't want to write this to get any of you new guys down. But you're going to have to learn to crawl before you can walk. Shoot your scenes with a bunch of Internet companies or cheap video companies that pay you lowend pay and learn your craft. Learn to play to the camera.

Every good male performer working today has started off working at the lowest of the low before they raised their level of performance.

However, if you keep working, keep failing, keep struggling, keep getting bounced off sets, look for another job.

Staying hard is not something any director can teach. You either have it, or you don't. And if you don't, then you should quit.
