So the dog and pony show workplace violence trial of Nadar Hasan has started. A lot has been made about him continuing to make his military pay. My question for the internet JAGs out there is: if he's convicted I know that part of his sentence will be busting him down in rank and forfeiting pay. Does the forfeiture go back to the date of the terrorist act, er, workplace violence or from the date of conviction and/ or sentencing?
