She said as she was wheeling up there, a cop car came her direction, then one rolls up from her left. She just kept going and went around to the front...to a grocery store. He wheeled around, laughed about the close call, did the deed. It's legal here, but the regs for transacting haven't been hammered out. So selling is still quasi- illegal. No one knows exactly how quasi tho. Getting caught would be a hassle at best.
