Chicks don't know who the male talent is beforehand unless they make a point of finding out. Agents approve partners and scene types and unless the guy is on her "no list" the agent would not likely mention who the dude will be.
The agents DO tell the performers who their scene partners are ahead of time- along with date of shoot, type of scene (b/g, anal, g/g, etc,) company, and director. They won't book you with someone on your "no list," but if your scene is 'guy so and so plus 5 mopes,' the agent doesn't tell you who the mopes are for they are mopes aka random irreplaceable strangers with tests. No offense to mopes, but that's how it goes.
