I think it would be (relatively) easy to do a snatch and grab in Venezuela, but it might not come to that. If his flight goes across US airspace, we could force the plane to land. And to be honest, although I'd love it if he did a stint in a Federal pen, exile in a third world country will probably be almost as painful for him. Reportedly, he got quite upset when he learned that he wouldn't get Internet access in prison. So much for joining Special Ops or playing Jason Bourne in Iceland...
