Well, presumably, the NSA has contingencies for dealing with leaks, even of this size. And if they don't, they're probably drawing up plans to deal with it. And where ever he gets settled, he'll probably just get comfortable when some mercenaries on Booz Allen Hamilton's payroll will pick him up and find out what he said. Not because he spilled America's secrets, but because his disclosure caused their stock price to drop.
