First, I am not AT ALL pleased with Weather.com.

It's 6:30 AM EDT on Sunday and I do a quick look at the weather.



NOTHING in that report would lead you to believe there would be a downpour circa 7:30 in Delray Beach. NOTHING.

But there was a downpour ...


Their definition of 0% chance and my definition of 0% chance aren't congruous. Nor remotely similar.
