At some point we have to come to accept that no matter what percentage of our own selves is benevolent, friendly, humane, sympathetic and understanding, ALL of us who thrive here have a vicious sociopathic facet to our personalities that both gives us immunity to the barbs and makes ripping out a hated person's beating heart in front of their loved ones a need.

And, that hated person could just be a newbie who didn't think of using google first.
