@hav2... how or why would someone be liable in this scenario?. it seems like there's a very low chance of survival when 200 mph winds set upon you out of nowhere.
They should of had better shelter. At least a basement shelter.
A two mile wide tornado hitting a metro area the size of Oklahoma City while schools are still in session is going to kill a lot of people no matter what precautions you take. The only laws you need to apply here are laws of physics.

They were hit before. Those kids should have had a basement shelter and if they did then it looks to me to be poorly constructed.
FBF is just being FBF. As far as I'm concerned, I was glad to hear from him. I thought he had been nabbed for sure by that FBI terrorist sting in Boise on the 16th.
