It's funny about the respect thing. I treat everyone as I would like to be treated, with courtesy and respect. Of course unless they don't recipricate it back. Where I come from, professionally all I had was my reputation and respect. Both are hard to come by and require hard work/dedication. It's easy to blow people off but it's more to get their respect as well as building a positive reputation.

Gen thanks for the kind words regarding the Behind the Scenes. I take pride in them (even calling them Ivan's Erections) and believe that sometimes they can be better then the movie itself. It's more of a natural envirornment, a more candid, unscripted, unacted feel. And making them all funny and giddy really makes my day. I can shoot and edit BTS all day, everyday. Shit sometimes I do.
