No he runs from people, eats people's landscaping and eats my horses feed. I got a letter from the township about the goats when there were 7 of them running around. Regular mail and certified, they sent the statutes and schedule of fines. I called my neighbor, told him I'm not taking the fall for goats I've been telling him to shoot or get rid of for months, then I called and left a message with the township telling them the goats weren't mine.

A week later my neighbor had the state police at his house, telling him on of his goats was 3 houses down, tied to a pole for a basketball hoop.

After reading this, I should just poison him. Decent size chunk of rat poison would kill the goat, but probably just make my horse high and thirsty.
