Steve Sweet, I remember him way-back when Sweeloads first kind of came up. He reminded me a little of Max in his approach etc, except I do not believe that I ever actually SAW what Mr. Sweet looked like.

I know there's a guy calling himself Lucifer Valentine floating about the underground scene with his series of Vomitgore films (not porn, but still very explicit). I own the boxset of these, and have not found anything which comes close to the depravity in those, to be honest.
