From what I understand, Ole is mostly work. I've heard plenty of stories about how, at the conventions and fancons and shit, Ole will often hang out in the hotel lobby and make himself available to shoot the shit on a near consistent basis. He kind of does the Don Rickles thing. Some guy on another forum was saying that Ole would basically rip anyone without an intelligent standpoint to shreds, and engage those who were more thoughtful in their approaches. This guy had the opportunity to sit down and have dinner with Ole and a few other during the "legends dinner" thing, and he said that Ole was a kind, polite, class act at the dinner table.

Also, his booking was notoriously shitty. But that's what attracts me to the spectacle. Bad booking makes for damn entertaining TV. The Black Scorpion and The Shock Master were both Ole angles that kept me coming back for more.
