I've never been to Hooters either. They wander around in little shorts and wife beaters pretending to be partying while they're flirting for tips and serving overpriced beer. At least, that's what their advertising tells me. I mean, it's a titty bar without the nudity and sweats welcome policy. It has as much value to me as Playboy.
