I saw him live 2x. Once at the A Day In The Garden concert in 1999. It was a 30 year anniversaty of Woodstock w/ orginal performers at Yasgur's farm. Awesome day.
Second time was at a bar/club in North Jersey. Got an autographed poster. He looked bugged out when I told him I was high on acid at the 1999 concert and loved his set. Oh well. He was a large man, I'd say 6'6 or taller, w/ huge hands.
I know he has been sick the past few years and stopped touring.
