I don't know how I feel about turkey marinara.

Both from the idea of using turkey. And, meat in a "marinara" sauce.

The whole idea that "mariners" using the sauce was so there was no meat to rot. At least that was the myth of the origin of Marinara I've heard.



Sounds more like a Turkey Ragu to me ....
