I sometimes think that Panzer is a poorly trained, conceived, planned and executed Soviet plant who never got the "safe word" that his mission was to be aborted upon the end of the reign.

Much like those Japs who were cut off in jungles and kept fighting WWII into the 70s and 80s.

So, Panzer is just a hairy more delusional Jap with using coupons and customer service as his weapons to undermine his programmed enemies.
