Tranzer lives somewhere in NYC, right? He's buying frozen pizzas when you can get giant slices of great pizza for a buck if you find the right place and there's probably one every few blocks.
Maybe he's been banned from such fine eateries. Or maybe it's that they have kids in those places and it's a violation of his parole/probation.
