I didn't have time to eat much that day. Also, I forgot that I had half a bagel with cream cheese. I don't recommend people's caloric intake match mine, nor am I purposefully food restricting. Most of it has to do with time or money. I choose healthy food most of the time. I hope to inspire others- that's my mission with this food diary.
