Check out this video. I have this exact one and it's friggin' awesome. It's fun to use, it cuts smooth like buttah and you can get accurate cuts unlike a knife leaves unwanted ridges and requires more time to fix imperfections.

FYI... I'm ambidextrous, I could use my left hand but I don't have as much practice but in the event of a zombie apocalypse, I work great under pressure and may succeed. haha
