Happy Easter and a Merry Spring.
Handful of gluten-free cereal running out the door to Easter family brunch. No milk.
1 Belgium waffle (no butter, no syrup), quiche, half of a bagel top, low fat creme cheese, 6 kiwis, 4 pineapple wedges, 11 apple slices, 1 Carr's water cracker and avocado ceviche dip, 1 cup black coffee, 6 glasses of water.

Half of a bagel. The top part. I only like that part and no way am I eating an entire bagel anyway. I've heard of 1/2 a bagel. And the top of a bialy. But, I have never heard of 1/2 of a bagel being the top and one the bottom. Anyway ... I like kiwis as well.

i cheated on my diet today.
1 left over easter ham sammie w/ avocado and mayo
1 slice of costco cheese pizza
ill never understand why their pizza by the slice is so much better than their take out ones.i guess because they can cook them longer and it might stir up more business to either have higher quality cheese or more of it.the rest of the day ill have a shake or two,and possibly some pistacio ice cream,but not too much.i dont want to be a fatass forever.

I didn't have time to eat much that day. Also, I forgot that I had half a bagel with cream cheese. I don't recommend people's caloric intake match mine, nor am I purposefully food restricting. Most of it has to do with time or money. I choose healthy food most of the time. I hope to inspire others- that's my mission with this food diary.
Scrambled egg whites and cayenne pepper
Short stack of gluten-free pancakes/ side of blueberries and 1 tsp butter
1 avocado
Spinach and tomato salad Money? So you don't have enough money to buy food or you don't have enough money to buy the bull shit organic food that's marked up 70%? If it is the later then quit believing the Whole foods (sharper image for grocers) bullshit. Hey Gia, The food diary is super duper interesting but I'm going to put in a request for a new post. I'd like to see a "Gia's daily fashion"
With the new parts lets see how they look each day, what better way to showcase them!
You can go ahead and start today...full head to toe shots are best.
