They look unnatural, even comical. Like a parody of boobs.
They are usually implanted with ugly scars. [see anchor]
Rather see REAL boobs made by nature/God than ones any tranny could buy.

It especially bothers me when a girl's got really nice boobs and then RUINS them [see Brynn Tyler and Mirage/Briana Banks].

I don't like tatts either.

Personally, I don't see the attraction of either.

But, I do like belly button rings ....
