Not far at all. It was less than 2 blocks total. I found it shocking to go from so classy suburban neighborhood to so classy a shopping venue. My cousin did good marrying a Jewish doctor. Granted my aunt was talking to her daughters when she would so opine. But, he took it to heart and followed through.

I kept looking for hills. I didn't see any hills.

But, then again they have interesting ideas of what qualifies for a "river" ... looked like an exposed storm pipe to me.
