conditioning goes to nick. he's done the swim from alcatraz...more than once. and that's what i was saying...you can't hang with the pace diaz sets so you'd better get him on the ground and off his game. and diaz may pass the first test they give him for weed but much like bj penn it's a lifestyle for him.
