Doubtful. HIV is only one of a myriad of issues.

PCR test is the only almost full proof effective way of detecting HIV within days of exposure. It can take weeks months to develop antibodies and the Oral test is only an Antibody test. Also, Oral testing has a long history of false positives. Not at bad as flipping a coin but scientifically speaking it is.

Once they're all infected, mutation sets in and the terraforming equipment in the Bermuda triangle can be salvaged. Then the resistance'll be all that's left holding up against the evil plague that's crawling the metaverses for a while now.
