LA Fitness just called and said that they "located" my Bally's membership [that was cancelled/transferred/sold] and that I stop by at the local LA Fitness location [either in Staten Island or in NJ] to have my photo taken and get an ID card.

I wrote a complaint to BBB that they screwed-up my membership, so that turned the wheels.
