Pulled pork BBQ sandwich and a half pint of bbq beans from Phillip's BBQ on Crenshaw. I take the overflow from the sandwich and mix it into the beans in a lame attempt to mock Brunswick Stew. I gotta guess that meal is about 3 days worth of sodium and fat.

Breakfast 9:30AM : Cinnamon Raisin Bagel, toasted w/ butter (they put on way to much butter), 20oz Coffee (light & sweet)

Afternoon: 30mg psuedoephedrine (generic 6hr), 1 pk cigarettes, 2 pillow mints

Dinner 10PM: Burger King Double Whopper Meal, Large coke.

I didn't eat all the fries w/ the meal, as I had to stop short and the bad of food dump off my passenger seat. Also, I RARELY go with the Double Whopper, but shitty traffic kept me from getting home until 10 instead of about 8:45, so I was fucking starving. With about 20% of the sandwich left, I was disgusted with myself, but I dipped it in some ketchup to mask the greezy meat flavor and powered through.

Snack 12AM: 1 Tastycake cupcake, 2 chocolate chip cookies, 1 medium glass of milk.

That doesn't look easily digestible.

I'm eating bread right now.
