I wouldn't say low expectation is the term you mean. More like the best attitude is to go in with a laid back attitude. It's like going to a restaurant- if the point of you going in is just to be difficult or have a sense of entitlement, your waiter will still deliver standard good service, but they won't be that into serving you.
