Don't get me wrong I love me a good strip club, but it's just a money pit imo. When I was in college I was in a band that was lucky enough to practice in a strip club other than somebody's garage, so I think I know the tricks of the trade. They would set their own rates rather than house rates for lap dances. True there are stage dancers who love their craft, but lets not forget it's just away to make rent for most. All I was saying was if you're looking for sincerity in a strip club you are looking in the wrong place.
However, there was a shady club in NYC that shut down that just basically had lap dance booths for private dances so you could skip the b.s. and go straight for the lap dance and probably more which is the way to go.
