Have you ever been to southern Nevada? If they are shooting in a house they are shooting in Clark County. The only thing immediately north of Clark County are U.S. missile ranges and defense areas. The only thing east of Clark County is Arizona. The only thing south or west of Clark County is California desert. It's not legal to shoot in any of those areas either.
