Lexi Belle in the leprekraut's Guinness shower jerking off LouCy's kid while daddy hacks away on his asshole for three minutes once more.

When it's snuff time, for the money shot they get out their hazmat suits and let it spray red matter all over the scene. They're family.

AIDS class is fucking boring anyway. Who the fuck wants to see twenty minutes of whores marching around the room in early nineties mom jeans. Ole' Johnny AID'S shit jumped the shark the day he declared Joey Silvera as his number one snoodling buddy. It's been all downhill from there.

It's not about the shitty porn, as you know, farty.
The screengrabs which captured Kelly Divine's assumed ecstasy were enough; it looked like something ugly and something uglier all twisted and awful. A rancid melange.

So John Stagliano fucks Joey Silvera or the other way around.
If that's it, well, waddayamean? Downhill?

If you meant the Rob Black Show, mallo, it's chaotic and sounds terrible in the first few episodes. Solid gossip and comedy. Not much and performed a lot; still there.

What John and Joey do in their together time is none of my business, really. From what I gather, they both have a thing for transexuals and masculinity in general, so there's that.

Vegas Baby

There has been a lot of talk lately about the possibility of a large portion of the porn industry moving it's production to Las Vegas. As a 3-year resident of this beautiful city, I feel it very necessary to speak my mind on this very attractive proposal. For starters I owe a huge amount of gratitude and respect for the city and it's residents. This city allowed me and my girlfriend the ability to pick ourselves up after some serious life altering events in Los Angeles. We have the freedom to be who we are without being treated like second class citizens or being beat down financially. The surrounding suburbs are amazing. Currently I live in A 2000 sq ft brand new house for $1500 a month that would have cost $4000 a month to rent in L.A. We are surrounded by bike trails and beautiful desert scenery. The utility costs are very cheap and the schools are all brand new,and well maintained and staffed. I pay $22 a month for a gym that is more like a resort. World class MMA and BJJ instruction for $100 a month. The best food at half the price of an average L.A. eatery. New roads. And the people that live here are some of the coolest and the nicest i have ever met. Hospitality extends itself to the whole city. And the strip goes without saying. A huge yearly influx of 36 million people a year makes all of this possible. And yes, Las Vegas is truly the entertainment capitol of the world.

And that's my point: entertainment. That word is king here. And so are the people that provide entertainment for the 36 million people that come here. We have true respect from the community for what we do. One huge indicator is how the strip clubs are run here. In Los Angeles, your average exotic dancer can expect to have half of her earnings taken from her each shift. Not only is this a disrespectful practice,it's also a scam. In Las Vegas, you simply pay a floor fee and you get to keep all of your earnings. Why would a club want to take a girls earnings when she's helping them sell a ton of alcohol? It' a much more mutually beneficial business relationship. The bouncers and staff are also a lot more supportive too. Non-paying customers and pimps are shown the door quickly and promptly as it should be... The girls are truly free agents allowed to make or break their own careers and that is an attitude that is badly needed in porn right now.

If the powers that be in porn think they can just transplant the existing system agency/producer/talent system of delivery that exists in porn right now over here they are sadly mistaken. Female talent have rights here. Why would someone feel it necessary to compromise their standards for an agency or producer when they can get a nice apartment for $500 no security deposit, and then hit the floor at a club and go make some money for themselves? Las Vegas makes the current state of affairs with LATATA irrelevant by design. The agencies that ran this industry to the ground in the last 5 years need the camoflauge of a huge expensive preditory city like Los Angeles for their system to work. The current agency model in L.A. all but eliminated free agent performers. It turned us into porn bodies instead of the world class entertainers that we really are. It destroyed our sense of community. That model simply wouldn't work here. And AHF? Another organization nullified by the political structure and community of Las Vegas. AHF needs to be in a blue state to have any real influence. This is Republican and Libertarian territory. Nevada does things their way,and no one else's. And this is a very pro adult entertainment city. Michael Weinstiens rantings would be easily seen for what it really is: politically correct far left activism for profit.

And if you are setting up shop as a producer you can't go wrong. This city is full of huge warehouse and office space's you could rent out in non residential neighborhoods at a very affordable cost. It would be very easy to accommodate a large crew and set without disturbing the surrounding communities. And it's very business friendly here. No state taxes. I don't understand why the industry hasn't set up here yet already. It makes good sense. And the PR opportunities are endless. The local clubs would appreciate a new influx of female talent making more regular appearances at their establishments. It's very good business..

Currently to work as a dancer or an escort here, you have to do two things: first get a criminal clearance from the sheriff's department (It's called a sheriff's card here) and obtain a business license from the state. I feel very strongly that implementing this procedure to the existing porn talent community would greatly improve the working conditions for everyone involved. It would create a braking system to weed out the amateur's and the felon's away from the serious entertainers. Porn is not prostitution. Porn is entertainment and if you can't fulfill the same basic requirements that an 18+ year old exotic dancer has to here, you shouldn't be doing this. I think that is a fair compromise for us to be allowed to produce porn without the use of condoms if we choose do do so. Prove you are fully aware of what you are getting into and prove you are serious about pursuing this as a career would be a great message to everyone. We are professionals and we deserve professional respect for what we do... porn and Las Vegas are a natural fit together. This business has a fighting chance here.We don't need a union or the FSC,AHF,LATATA,or condom laws.We need Las Vegas.

VIVA LAS VEGAS!!!

Rob Black is Dead Wrong About LAPD; And So Are Lawyers who Tell You There's No Money To Enforce Condom Laws

--Gene Ross

Follow Gene Ross at twitter@GeneRoss3; Follow AdultFYI at twitter@Adultfyi1

I’m not a porn lawyer, and my Super Star Billy Graham look won’t allow for a ponytail. Yet, I hear lawyers telling this business that even if AB 332 went into affect there are no resources available to bust you. Really?

Let’s look at the case of Rob Black this week and what happened to me outside of a Denny’s about seven years ago.

On Friday, Black in his inimitable, colorful oratory described his bust in North Hollywood the day before. While he didn’t mince words about the arresting officer, Black, probably because of the delicate situation he’s in, made sure that he praised LAPD to high heavens that it not be judged by a couple of rotten apples.

Again, I’m not a lawyer, but from what Black is saying he may have a good lawsuit against LAPD. I would love to have one-tenth the annual income that LAPD pays out in harassment cases and unlawful shootings. Which makes me wonder if the late Sledge Hammer’s family ever filed a wrongful death suit against LAPD.

I know Rob’s been hanging out in the Burbank/North Hollywood area these days and doesn’t know what’s going on here in Porn Valley. But Ventura Blvd. has become a hot trolling area for LAPD and bullshit traffic tickets and fines.

It's not expressed in so many words, but LAPD, you see, is the unofficial tax collecting branch of LA County. I live overlooking the Boulevard, and a day doesn’t go by that some motorist is being pulled over for what the cops call an “illegal right turn.” In fact, dozens of motorists are, which is not an exaggeration, because LAPD uses a number of drive ways off the Boulevard to situate a cop with a radar gun hoping to catch speeders. The illegal right turn has become the next best thing.

It’s LA County’s way of making revenue.

Now, this was about seven years ago, and it was the first Sunday of the NFL season. That morning I’m having breakfast at Denny’s. This Denny’s is adjacent to a motel which used to be the out of town headquarters for porn performers like Samantha Strong who got flown in to do shoots.

I’m coming out of the Denny’s parking lot, and there’s an LAPD black & white parked on the other side of the street. I make a right turn onto the Boulevard and the cop, making a U-turn, gets behind me and pulls me over.

He looks like Derek Hay so I’m already taking an instant dislike to him. I asked him what I did wrong.

“You came out of that motel,” he charged.

I begged to differ and reached for my Denny’s receipt which was time stamped to show that he was full of shit. Wrong move because Roy Rogers immediately went for his gun. I put my hands in the air and explained that I was reaching for the receipt. I then showed him, with proof in my hand, that we had an honest difference of an opinion. I had no choice but to put it that way. In fact his female partner was looking at me with apologetic eyes that any of this was happening to begin with.

“We know who you are,” the cops said. Which got me wondering. If the LAPD knows who I am, they know who the rest of you are. You’re being watched and don’t think you aren’t.

The cop explained that prostitution and porn was being run out of that hotel. I knew at the time that at least one industry talent agency was working out of there. And Damien Michaels porn’s most notorious pimp and scumbag, was found stabbed to death in one of the rooms a few years later.

The Derek Hay cop let me off with a warning as I’m leaving you with one. The LAPD seems to have the time and resources to make penny ante busts, and they’re watching your every move.

One more story as illustration of what I'm talking about. Rob Spallone was shooting a movie at a private house in the Valley, and Spallone, like most of the business, didn't secure a permit. All's fine until Spallone makes a pick-up at a local deli for sandwiches.

While in the deli waiting line, Spallone's on his cell phone talking about the shoot to the other party not realizing that some one from LAPD vice [in plain clothes] was standing behind him in line. No sooner did Spallone get back to the location that several LAPD black & whites pulled up and shut the location down for lack of permit. It's that easy.

If AB 332 goes into effect, condom busts will be one more source of revenue for financially strapped LA County. And don’t let lawyers tell you otherwise. I’m proof. I was also at the Spallone shoot when all this went down.

The San Fernando Valley Business Journal: Weinstein is Enemy Number 1; He's a Bully with an Overbearing Ego

maybe Derek Hay should be taking him on- fight fire with fire

--on the web

Follow Gene Ross at twitter@GeneRoss3; Follow AdultFYI at twitter@Adultfyi1

The San Fernando Valley Business Journal ran two articles about Michael Weinstein and AB 332. The Journal refers to Weinstein as Enemy Number 1. I'll run the other feature Sunday, but here's the first:

Mark Madler writes: To get a sense of what the San Fernando Valley adult film industry is up against in Michael Weinstein– the advocate who has led the fight to require condom use on sets – go back to last year.

That’s when his AIDS Healthcare Foundation decided to take on the FDA in Washington, D.C. as the agency considered giving approval to Truvada, which not only treats HIV and AIDS but has shown effectiveness in preventing infection.

Weinstein and his Hollywood nonprofit objected out of fear that takers of the drug would feel emboldened to engage in unprotected sex. At the time, he said approval would be a “reckless” deci- sion by the agency.

But this was no lone blogger with nothing to lose casting aspersions. His foundation, better known as AHF, bills itself as the largest health care
provider for patients with HIV and AIDS. In 2011, the organization received $39.6 million in federal Medicare funding alone.

In typical Weinstein fashion, he was more than comfortable biting the hands that feeds him.

His organization has tangled with drug companies, sued the L.A. County Health Department and even other AIDS health care organizations– all in the name of standing up for people who are either at-risk or have already contracted HIV and other sexually transmitted diseases.

And adult performers are clearly in that group.

“One motivation is we do not regard any group, including adult performers, as disposable,” Weinstein said in an interview at the AHF offices. Weinstein lost that fight over Truvada when the FDA went ahead and approved the drug as a preventative measure in combination with safe-sex practices.

But the 60-year-old health advocate – who even admirers admit can be abrasive and challenging to work with – has far more wins than losses when it comes to standing up for what he sees as his constituency, as the adult industry has come to learn.

Last year, Weinstein and AHF were instrumental in the passage of a Los Angeles city ordinance requiring condoms use in adult film shoots within the city, and of Measure B to bring the same regulation throughout Los
Angeles County.

Now, a bill sought by AHF and pending before lawmakers in Sacramento would cover all of California. Weinstein is trying to head off adult production companies from moving outside the county to more hospitable communities in the state.

The industry opposes mandatory condom use, contending its HIV testing regime works fine – and consumers of adult entertainment do not want to see performers with condoms.

Steve Hirsch, co-chairman of Vivid Entertainment, one of the largest adult production houses in the Valley, called Weinstein passionate but hardheaded about the condom issue.

“People don’t want to be told what kind of art they want to create and to get governmentapproval before they can make it,” Hirsch said.

“I really don’t know what the motivation is and why he is so passionate (on this issue). I’m assuming he wants AHF to be out there, and was willing to spend a lot of money to put (Measure B) on the ballot.”

Others who have locked horns with Weinstein are less kind, saying he has an overbearing ego, is a bully and is turning the adult industry into the enemy for fundraising purposes.

Jeff Douglas, chairman of the Free Speech Coalition, an adult industry trade association in Canoga Park, believes that Weinstein is targeting the industry to benefit AHF.

“To generate money in an organization like his you need an enemy, something to generatefear and outrage. He has picked us, which is most regrettable,” said Douglas, an attorney who represents clients in the industry.

Weinstein grew up in Brooklyn with his parents and a sister. He attended the High School of Art & Design in Manhattan and after graduating moved to Los Angeles in 1973. Prior tohis involvement with AIDS-related organizations Weinstein owned and operated Gold Medal Chocolates, a wholesale candy business.

In 1986, Weinstein served as coordinator of the Stop the AIDS Quarantine Committee, which opposed Proposition 64, a ballot measure backed by political activist Lyndon LaRouche that would have listed AIDS as a communicable disease.

Weinstein then became director of the Los Angeles AIDS Hospice Committee, which led the fight for hospice care in the mid-1980s. He co-founded AIDS Hospice Foundation in 1987, which three years later changed its name to the AIDS Healthcare Foundation.

Weinstein serves as president of the foundation.

After 26 years, Weinstein has left his personal stamp on a lot of what goes on at the non-profit, which in 2011 had a budget of $330 million. He has grown it into a worldwide organization employing more than 1,700 workers in multiple business units: outpatient health care centers in California, Florida and Washington, D.C.; pharmacies; Out of the Closet thrift stores; and a managed care program in California.

It treats patients in 24 foreign countries, including in Eastern Europe, South America, Asia and Africa, including some of the poorest countries, such as Haiti, Uganda and Nepal.

Each year it treats 125,000 patients worldwide. From the beginning, AHF has operated on a principle of helping those with HIV and protecting the greater public from exposure. That strategy has become controversial within the AIDS community. Other advocacy groups object because it involves reporting HIV cases by name and testing all newborns for HIV.

AHF also supported requiring West Hollywood bars to make condoms available to patrons.

“Whether you like us or don’t like us, there is a coherent philosophy that public health is one of the great challenges of our times,” Weinstein said.

In Weinstein’s office is evidence of the support he and AHF has received over the years – resolutions from the California Assembly, and the city and county of Los Angeles as well as color photos of Weinstein with prominent backers such as NBA great Magic Johnson, who is HIV positive. Weinstein himself is openly gay, has a longtime partner and said he
has not contracted HIV.

During his career, Weinstein has taken controversial stances and actions in the name of that guiding principle of protecting public health. That has at times put AHF on its own in terms of advocacy positions.

There is the Truvada protest; the criticism in 2007 of Pfizer Inc. for an ad campaign for Viagra that AHF claimed made the erectile dysfunction pill into “a party drug” encouraging reckless behavior; and protests in 2010 outside the now closed AIM Healthcare Foundation clinic in Sherman Oaks, a testing site for adult performers.

Even other AIDS organizations have been subject to Weinstein’s uncompromising approach. AHF started a fundraising walk in Florida in 2006 that competed with an existing walk, with the AHF event becoming the larger of the two. And in 2010, AHF launched a fundraising walk as competition for the AIDS Walk Los Angeles, which was started in 1985 by the AIDS Project Los Angeles.

Scott Galvin, a member of the AHF board who resides in Florida, does not dispute that Weinstein can be aggressive, but said Weinstein is fearless and not afraid to be unconventional to accomplish his goals.

Before AHF, the care for HIV positive patients in Florida was poor, with some of the longest waiting times in the U.S. to get medications, Galvin said.

“Five years from now and if a cure for AIDS is found, there is still a role for the organization to play thanks to the visionary stuff we are doing now,” Galvin said. “He has set the organization so well for the future.”

Weinstein said his desire to fight stems from his experiences in the early 1980s when AIDS first appeared. It was “a moral outrage” that the disease was able to spread without intervention from any government and “sinful” that its early victims – gay males, drug users and Africans – were seen as expendable.

“When you have been through those kinds of fires of hell, it is hard to scare you or back you down,” he said.

Now it’s the adult entertainment industry against which Weinstein wants to beat and he won’t be satisfied until condoms are used in all adult productions.

The Measure B campaign to make condoms mandatory in Los Angeles County showed the power of Weinstein’s organization. The AHF spent about $1.1 million to get the measure on the ballot and another $1.2 million on the campaign, Weinstein said. The AHF was the only donor to the Yes on Measure B campaign, according to campaign finance disclosure forms filed with the county.

The AHF was the Goliath to the Free Speech Coalition’s David, which spent less money despite having a membership of porn production companies with deep pockets, including Manwin USA, the domestic branch of a Luxembourg porn conglomerate that operates Playboy’s web and mobile content.

The No on Measure B campaign also received support from Valley Industry & Commerce Association, in editorials from the Los Angeles Times and Los Angeles Daily News, and a majority of adult performers.

“Once he gets it on the ballot it was a numbers game,” said Diane Duke, executive director of the Free Speech Coalition.

Accusations of lies and distortions were claimed by both sides. Measure B passed by 57 percent to 43 percent of the votes. The measure requires adult film producers to obtain a public health permit from the Los Angeles County Department of Public Health and complete a blood-borne pathogen training course prior to filming. A fee collected by the county would offset the cost of enforcement.

Weinstein credits the victory to having a message that resonated with voters and sticking with that message – condoms in porn was an issue of health, safety and fairness.

“I think by most people’s measure a 57-43 margin is a landslide,” Weinstein said. The Free Speech Coalition, production house Vivid Entertainment, and two female performers have filed suit in U.S. District Court in Los Angeles challenging Measure B on constitutional grounds.

But the measure already has had a noticeable effect. Since its passage, filming in Los Angeles County has dropped off considerably, according to industry insiders. Some production companies are weighing their options of whether to stay in California.

Douglas, the attorney, would not disclose the names of the companies he was told are considering moving but said the number was small and may not be representative.

“It may well be companies are taking a wait and see approach to the status of the litigation six months from now before deciding to go through the effort of relocating,” Douglas said. “That seems prudent.”

However, Weinstein sees condoms in porn as an issue the foundation is ahead of the curve on, just as the group took early stances on needle-exchange programs to cut down HIV exposure and advocating for lower cost drugs to treat AIDS.

“It is amazing to me that this lowly piece of latex should be so controversial,” Weinstein said. Still, there has not been an outbreak of HIV on an adult set since 2004 after actor Darren James contracted the virus and then infected three actresses. But Weinstein said the foundation’s push for condoms in porn reflects a broader scope adopted in recent years to prevent all sexually transmitted diseases.

Weinstein claims there is an epidemic of STDs – chlamydia, gonorrhea and syphilis – in the adult industry, a notion scoffed at by industry representatives.

In 2011, the Free Speech Coalition hired epidemiologist Dr. Lawrence S. Mayer to review two studies done by the Los Angeles County Department of Public Health on the rate of STDs among adult performers as compared to the general population. Mayer found the studies flawed, poorly documented and lacking in transparency.

“They do not document the methodology used to derive their estimates,” Mayer wrote.

“In the absence of this detail, it is not possible to confirm the validity of their results.”

For years, the industry has been self-policing when it comes to the health of the perform- ers – a practice it wants to continue without government intervention. The Free Speech Coalition estimates there are about 2,000 active performers in the U.S., with about one-fifth living in the Los Angeles area. The performers are tested every 14 to 28 days, more often than the general public, Duke said.

And while the stereotype image among the public is of actors and actresses over-indulging in promiscuity and drug use, the reality is different, she said. The adult community tends to be a tight knit group where performers get involved with other performers because they understand the profession.

“Their body is their livelihood and they take care of them,” Duke said.

“Those outside the industry just do not know.”

Tanya Tate is a performer since 2008 who lives in the San Fernando Valley and opposes condoms while filming, though she asks new sexual partners in her personal life to use them.

“If I were to get in a relationship I would want to them to get tested until I felt comfortable to sleep with them without a condom,” she said.

“(Weinstein) should be spending money on treating (AIDS) and educating regular people about how to protect themselves instead of going after a small community that is aware of the risks.”

But while Weinstein concedes there are a small number of performers, he said they exert an outsized influence on young people through their films.

“That is one of their prime sources of sex education,” he said. “Condoms have not gotten this much publicity in a very long time.”

The level of wastedness varied. The level of crazy's locked in.
In very few shows he was calm and focused; generally he was all over the place and in rabid pitbull mode.

He wasn't on the air/live online on Thursday because he said he used medical marijuana six hours before getting pulled over by a cop who was described as a total idiot who didn't get the memo about the legality of it all in the state of California. The cop seems to be connected to whomever, however. He wants to sue.

Steven Hirsch or so allegedly went about town before the arrest talking about it, suggesting he engineered the thing. Black was bailed out by some top lawyer who didn't piss off after he didn't have a lot of money to burn anymore, like when he shot features for Vivid, self-reportedly made millions and ended up looking at his now-menace Hirsch's house to buy when the guy upgraded.

Whichever show that was with Casey Anthony, Steven Hirsch ends up being the topic of several ones, obviously.

The gist according to Black:

He's an evil co-owner of some type of psychiatric rehabilitation facility and conspired with another co-owner, Dr. Drew Pinsky of television celebrity, to get Farrah Abraham to whore herself out on a set up, produced, shot and fake-leaked video once it's legal to do so.

She allegedly stayed in the facility while not of legal age, which leaves Black room to attack the confidential aspect of psychiatric treatment while clearly suggesting Steven Hirsch has caring thoughts about young people. Well, I'm pretty sure he said that Hirsch's sick and should go to jail.

The Samurai: Mark Ashley Is On to Something; Diane Duke is a Stooge- It Is Manwin That is Killing You

--reader speak

Follow Gene Ross at twitter@GeneRoss3; Follow AdultFYI at twitter@Adultfyi1

Earlier I had posted some comments from Mark Ashley, www.markashleyxxx.com who asked me if I could give him the leeway to blog and make those same comments, but in the context he felt didn't make him sound "like a lunatic.". I'm curious to see what he'll come up with because, frankly, what Ashley said was on the mark and very well thought out. Nevertheless, The Samurai writes me about other comments Ashley made yesterday: www.adultfyi.com/read.php?ID=58422

The Samurai: Mark Ashley is on to something. He is telling it like it is. Its funny when you put his article side by side with articles by, the likes of Julie Meadows, or Lydia Lee. You wouldn't know they are talking about the same industry. Mark is right on target with his assessment of the current agencies.

About Las Vegas. He is absolutely correct that Vegas, and Nevada would
never stand to have the current structure of the adult business move into
their town. There are a few shooting there now, under the radar for the
most part, but a wholesale move of the current industry just wont happen.

But there is one thing that Mark touched upon that is one of the biggest
reasons the current industry structure will not move to Vegas. Mark said it in one simple sentence,"Female talent have rights here," and that is the very last thing the current industry structure will not stand for.

On a similar topic, The adult industry claims that the AHF and LA County are trying to destroy the industry. In case you havent noticed, its MANWIN who is destroying the LA porn industry. That has been their plan for years, and it is working very well. They want the LA industry destroyed so they can pick up all the left over pieces and eventually have a true monopoly on the industry.

Manwin has done more damage to the LA porn scene than all of these other entities combined. The industry needs to look at themselves to see who is
destroying them. Dianne Duke is a stooge, doing the bidding for the Manwin
Speech Coalition, she knows what their plan is, and she is doing a great
job to help her bosses accomplish it.

Duke, you can put up your little articles about the government hassling your industry, and infringing on your rights, and just keep ignoring the 800 pound gorilla in the room, Manwin.

Until Dianne Duke and the rest of you address the real issue of what is killing the industry, Manwin, your political battles mean nothing. You could win everyone of these battles, AB332, Measure B, and it wont make a bit of difference, because it is Manwin that is killing you.

Free Agent Rights

I promised Gene Ross I would write a response about why I felt I prefer to be quoted through my blog posts as opposed to an off the cuff interview. Your post of 'The Samurai' today perfectly illustrates my point. What I finally got out of this blogging other than more traffic, was an articulated thought out response to my point of view. What I learned after my post yesterday is that what is sorely lacking in this business is a) a real voice from talent and b) an diplomatic solution to the problems at hand. It's actually is a lot harder to write a thought out blog than an off the cuff blog with emotional and financial intentions. This blog got way more attention than I thought it would. That's a good thing and a bad thing. I guess things need to be said.

To say I have to fight the urge to go back to L A is just not true. In fact I came to the conclusion about 6 months ago L A hardcore in it's current form is just not my scene any more. It's obvious that any opportunities upward in this industry only exist outside of that system at this point. That doesn't mean I quit. I tried that and it's very true that you are married to this shit for life. I'm not going anywhere. Besides you can't run away from who you are .

As I progress as a writer provocation as a tactic can easily become a tool. But so does thought out articulation. And a lack of that is exactly why we are getting our asses handed to us by the state of California. We can go on and on about agencies and Manwin takeovers all we want but if a true diplomatic process is not engaged by us we will inevitably be kicked around from state to state or underground if the current platform by the FSC is maintained. And by us I mean talent. The days of allowing the existing power infrastructure to dictate the direction we follow are soon coming to an end. Any layperson viewing from the outside can see that. If we don' assert our point of view and present them in a way that can be understood by lawmakers and the public and help implement a solution that works for all parties involved, organizations like AHF and the FSC will always be able to feast on us at will. And constant negative trashing of each other only reenforces their belief in us as a bunch of uneducated disrespectful whores with no self control. That only feeds into theirs and the public's perception of us.

Porn producers and agencies don't threaten you with blackmail. They employ the tactics of exclusion from working. If you have a concern or complaint to issue to a general manager or director they will agree with you face to face but you better believe those calls for work will stop coming in. It never used to be that way. Giving a heads up to a potential problem was a matter of course for most performers. Now terms like 'problem' 'temperamental' and 'diva' are used to describe anyone that dares critique or raise concerns. The powers that be have made sure that anyone with backbone and a little self esteem are excluded. Corporate culling of the flock is rampant and honest savages like me don't fit into their agenda. The ability to navigate ourselves has been lost and in my case I missed the producer boat so I've come to the conclusion that I'm not one of the cool kids anymore. But that's no reason to keep quiet. I'm married to this business so I'm going to follow through my way. And my way is the talents way.

Two things are obvious in the condom debate to me. One is that the condom-less model of production has been set in the market. The other is checks and balances beyond regular STD testing are also needed. I find it hard to believe that something as trite as condoms have brought us to this point. Seriously, this is some insulting shit. There is a definite underlying message that's being sent out to us by the state that has further implications beyond what we do with our bodies. This is personal. This says what we have been conveying to the public as a population is that we don't conduct ourselves like professionals. And when we allow so many outside influences to direct our own bodies we aren't professionals. We're just pawns for someone else's agenda, pro or anti porn.

Which brings me to my point. We have no platform. To give credit to Michael Weinstein, he ran an excellent campaign. He found a message that stuck and he never let up on his message. We in the porn community can learn from this. Half-assed free speech arguments that have already been fought and won before most of us were even born won't work now . Larry Flynt didn't fight for our right to trash our communities or each other. He fought for our right to conduct our kind of business in a free market capitalist society. And we won. And we've been running that train at 100mph for 30 years now. And it just ran out of fuel my friends.

What we need is a check and balance in our system. And my idea to both Los Angeles and Las Vegas is to incorporate what Las Vegas already has in place for it's adult oriented workers. A clearance from the police department and a business license from the secretary of state. And I have to give credit for this idea to my only conversation with Rob Black. He made a point that really stuck with me. Weed out the hacks from the serious entertainers. It won't be a very popular idea within the porn community at first but we seem to be running out of options at the moment. We're getting slapped around like punks right now by the state and if we can't come back with a real solution we will all have to book trips to Budapest to shoot things our way. It's not that far out of a possibility. We're already seen as squatters in Los Angeles. Why not legitimize ourselves and fight for inclusion into the cities infrastructure and entertainment industry? This would be our way of saying we want the right to choose to shoot without condoms but we also recognize the reality that this is a responsibility. The porn industry attracts a lot outsiders that don't fully respect that this is a business and not a dumping ground. That would save a lot of money and time for the authorities as well as recognize the right of the performer to dictate the terms of their job. Inclusion gives us rights we don't currently enjoy. It gives us protection from predatory agents and producers as well as allow the performers the right to push their own boundaries as far as they want. It also says that we recognize and respect the authority of the city we want to do business in. We as pornographers have a tendency to push boundaries. And we've obviously pushed too far. I think what Los Angeles and the state of California want is a show of respect from us through diplomatic means. It shows that we are professional entertainers and not the common perception of us as an out of control population of feral animals. Thats what we sell to the public and that's fine, but business is business and we have to start acting like a business.

So if I were to start a platform that I think would solve 3/4 of the problems in this business it would be FREE AGENT RIGHTS. No more 20% discounts on our scenes. No more activist attacks. Full protection by the system. Full inclusion as serious entertainers. Full protection as free market enterprisers. Full respect period. That would be an industry I would be comfortable existing in. FREE AGENT RIGHTS for all performers. Think about it. It's all about respect. We all want respect. We have to earn it ourselves.

Lucky is doing anals. I wish I could here from Jeremy how her 50 year old cornhole was on a scal e of 1-5. One being beef bagel and 5 being tighter than Gene Ross at a cash bar.

I'd also like to here how Lucky's hooker charges went.

I'm scared to ask. I'd like to hold my site suicide for a better event.

and in the real world lucky doing anals equals flop #42 and/or #44 but in this case it makes germy the unintentional yoko ono so well done aged slope hooker.
