I saw BOC at the Birch Hill night club in Old Bridge, probably 1994-95. It was a fun place the few times I was there. Now the land it was on is a retirement development. Fucking NJ.

Most of the big clubs that were in non shore towns were shuttered by some time in the 2000s. Club Bene where I saw Charlie Daniels and Jackie the Joke Man is gone, as is the infamous Rascals Comedy Club. I was at Rascals one night when a bouncer got in a fight w/ 2 guidos, knocking over tables next to the stage. 3/4 of the crowd went out the emergency exits, not paying their tabs for food and drinks. My only experience with a large group in pure chaos.
