You don't want to lose that weight, and until you do, you won't make the weightloss you want. You've had several very easy habit (not lifestyle or life-) changing tips posted and you will ignore them. You are going to explode in a pile of fat or pus unless you change your course. And they are habits you fail to change- not needs.
